Academic Plan: This comprehensive academic plan begins with an in-depth consultation where I will ask you a series of questions to better understand your individual needs and aspirations.

Based on our discussion, I will create a customized plan outlining three possible academic routes for you to consider. The plan includes resources for colleges, scholarships, information on applying for financial aid and admissions, guidance on choosing a major and minor to excel in your field, strategies to stay motivated, information on internship opportunities, and recommendations for part-time work

while in school. The plan is available by phone or video.

Academic Plan – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Angel Advising & Tutoring LLC, our Academic Plans are individually developed to support students in achieving their educational goals. Services may include academic assessments, educational planning, course recommendations, academic progress strategies, scholarship resources, and postsecondary planning.

Due to the personalized nature of these services, the following refund policy applies:

1. Full Refund – Before Services Begin

Clients who request cancellation before the initial consultation and before any research, preparation, or academic plan development has begun are eligible for a 100% refund.

2. Partial Refund – After Initial Consultation

Clients who request cancellation after completing their initial consultation but before substantial academic plan development has begun are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining balance covers consultation time, preliminary research, and professional services rendered.

3. No Refund – After Plan Development Begins

Once substantial research, academic evaluation, or personalized plan development has begun, all payments become nonrefundable, provided the agreed-upon services continue to be performed.

4. Completed Academic Plans

Once an Academic Plan has been completed and delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued, except as required by applicable law.

5. Revisions and Corrections

Clients may request corrections to factual errors or missing information within the original agreed-upon scope within 7 calendar days of receiving their completed Academic Plan. Additional services or significant changes to the original plan may require additional fees.

6. Academic Outcomes Disclaimer

Academic Plans provide educational guidance and recommendations. Angel Advising & Tutoring LLC does not guarantee improved grades, graduation, college admission, scholarship awards, or acceptance into specific academic programs.

7. Refund Authorization

Only the individual who originally purchased and paid for the Academic Plan may request cancellation or a refund, unless prior authorization has been provided. All requests must be submitted in writing.

By purchasing an Academic Plan, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
